Job - Responsibilities : -

· You Will be part of the Customer Service team of a renowned Client in UK , where your main mission will be to receive chats and emails from clients to help them resolve doubts and queries

· Understand the customer concerns and provide accurate and timely resolutions through( Email , Voice & Chat)

· Deliver excellent customer experience and maintain high CSAT scores.

· Document all interactions clearly in CRM systems.

· Adhere to quality standards, process guidelines, and compliance requirements.

Required-Skills : -

· Graduates / PG / Freshers with good english Communication Skills are invited to utilise this Opportunity .

· For Experienced looking for atleast ( 0 – 5 yrs) experience in the international voice and chat process.

· Should be flexible with the Rotational-Shifts ( UK / US ).

· Should be working Onsite from the Office .

Salary - Range : -Freshers - CTC Offered = ( 3.5 Lacs / Per Annum, Including All ) -Based on the interview feedback

Experienced - CTC Offered = ( Upto 4.5 Lacs / Per Annum , Including All ) - Based on the interview feedback .

Employment -Type The positions will be offered on a Fixed Term Hires (FTH) for a period of 3 months. Based on business requirements and individual performance, candidates may be considered for absorption into permanent roles with Konecta.

Working-Mode :- Willing to work all 5 days from Bangalore Office , No Work From Home-Option .
