Customer Service Associate – International Voice (Banking & Cards) TCS

Job Description TCS is hiring experienced candidates for the position of Customer Service Associate – International Voice for its US Banking & Cards process. Eligibility Criteria Graduates: 1–12 years of BPO Voice experience. HSC Candidates: 18 months–10 years of BPO Voice experience. Freshers are not eligible. International Voice experience preferred. Excellent English communication skills. Key Responsibilities Handle customer queries related to banking and cards. Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction. Achieve process targets, including SLA, KPI and AHT. Follow process guidelines and implement feedback. Work Details Rotational and night shifts. 9-hour shift. 6 days working. Weekend availability as per business requirements. Interview Process HR Round → V&A Round → Operations Round. V&A Exemption (Fast Track) BPO1: Graduate with 12 months of experience – Direct Operations Round. BPOZ: HSC / Undergraduate with 18–24 months of experience – Direct Operations Round

Pay: ₹580,000.00 per year
