Customer Service Associate II-Consumer

The position available is for a Full-time role in a data control department. As an experienced professional with a General Equivalency Diploma, your main responsibilities will include identifying errors in calculations and balances, making necessary corrections, preparing physical documents for delivery, performing online reject-repair using a CRT and physical documents, physically repairing rejects, preparing transit cash letters, dispatching client statements and adjustments, preparing cash letter of return items, performing data entry, reconciling out of proof conditions, and ensuring work product accuracy according to word standards. Additionally, you may be required to lift or move up to 30 pounds, demonstrate proficient written and oral communication skills, knowledge of output segregation procedures, balancing and correction procedures, data entry into various PC software packages, classifying computer output, operating a computer effectively, utilizing required software packages, and encoding 1,000-1,500 items per hour. This role is categorized as a developing support position, where you are expected to possess moderate skills with a high level of proficiency. You are required to have a complete understanding of the data control department, may coach junior technical staff, work under general supervision with independence in judgment, and consult with senior peers on complex issues. A minimum of two or more years of data control/encoding experience is necessary, with at least one year as a Data Control Associate I.
