Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

  1. Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and messages.
  2. Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
  3. Follow up with customers regarding orders and deliveries.
  4. Maintain customer records and update data in Excel.
  5. Provide regular updates to customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
  6. Coordinate with the sales and production teams as required.
