Job Title: Customer Sales Executive - B2B / School Uniforms

About the Role:

We are urgently looking for a dynamic and driven Customer Sales Executive with a strong background in B2B sales or customer service. In this role, you will be the driving force behind expanding our school uniform business by prospecting new school clients, managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless execution from lead generation to after-sales service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate leads from schools through cold calling, emails, meetings, and referrals.
• Maintain and update prospect data and reports regularly using Zoho CRM and Excel.
• Visit prospective schools, pitch our uniform solutions, and drive conversions.
• Provide exceptional after-sales service to meet individual school customer requirements.
• Drive year-on-year sales growth and hit annual revenue and school acquisition targets.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Prior experience in B2B sales, customer service, or dealing with educational institutions/uniforms is highly desirable.
• Tech-savvy with good working knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with working knowledge of Hindi and Telugu.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
