Customer Relationship Officer - World Of Titan - Chandannagar(Karuna Group )

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Customer Service

• Greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Titan products (watches, smart wearables, accessories, etc.).
• Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.
• Demonstrate product features, usage, and warranty details effectively.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle queries or complaints professionally.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Graduate / 10+2 with strong communication skills.
• Experience: 0–3 years in retail sales/customer service (preferably in watches, jewelry, or lifestyle products).
• Age Group: 20–30 years (varies by store requirements).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
