The ideal candidate should have prior experience in hospitality or resort guest handling , possess excellent communication skills, and be capable of building a positive rapport with guests. Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist guests with check-ins, queries, and service requests. Ensure guest satisfaction by providing attentive and personalized service. Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution. Maintain guest records and feedback logs for continuous improvement. Coordinate with internal teams (kitchen, housekeeping, etc.) to ensure smooth operations. Upsell resort services and packages to guests when appropriate. Ensure a warm and culturally sensitive guest experience aligned with the brand image. Monitor and support the overall ambiance and hospitality standards. Requirements Minimum 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, resorts, or pub customer service roles . Good interpersonal and communication skills in Malayalam, English, and Hindi (preferred). Must be presentable, confident, and polite in guest dealings. Should be adaptable and proactive in a fast-paced resort/pub environment. Male candidates only , as per company preference.
