Role Summary

The Customer Relation Officer (CRO) / Front Office Executive is responsible for handling reception, patient coordination, appointments, calls, billing support, and ensuring a smooth customer experience at the clinic.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors professionally
• Register new patients and maintain records
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments
• Handle inbound and outbound calls
• Guide patients to doctors/consultation rooms
• Follow up with existing patients for reviews/treatments
• Manage billing, payments, receipts, and reports
• Resolve patient queries and complaints politely
• Support clinic staff with daily operations

Required Skills

• Good communication in English + local language
• Customer handling skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
• Pleasant personality and grooming
• Multitasking ability
• Patience and problem-solving attitude

• Any Degree / Intermediate / 12th Pass (vari

Preferred Experience
