Job Description

Job Title: Relationship Manager Work Timings: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM Location: Raipur Salary: Fixed Salary + Incentives Fixed salary provided every month. Additional incentives for achieving or exceeding targets. Job Overview: We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring they receive excellent service. You will play a key role in driving customer satisfaction and achieving business targets. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure loyalty and satisfaction. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services. Achieve assigned sales and performance targets. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and follow-ups. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service to clients. Identify new opportunities to grow the client base and increase revenue. Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently. Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve targets. Good problem-solving and negotiation skills. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools (preferred).
