We offer a range of e-commerce services including AMS, Advertising Services, A+ Content Creation, Cataloguing, Web Designing, Digital Marketing, and other eCommerce solutions. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Relationship Manager located in Varanasi. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and acting as a point of contact for client needs. Daily tasks include handling client queries, coordinating with internal teams to meet client requirements, overseeing project progress, and providing continuous support to clients. The role requires excellent communication skills, ability to handle multiple accounts, and ensuring that client expectations are met in a timely and satisfactory manner. Qualifications Client management and relationship-building skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in e-commerce and digital marketing Project coordination and organizational skills Ability to manage and prioritize multiple client accounts Problem-solving skills and attention to detail Relevant experience in a similar role Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Schedule: Day shift Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: Client relationship Manager: 1 year (Required) Language: English (Required) Location: Mahmoorganj, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh (Preferred) Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 9148680819
