Job Description

P. ORR & SONS hiring for CRM :

Years of experience: 0 to 3 years.

Should be experienced in Retail industry.

The person should act as the single point of contact for all service-related customer interactions and be responsible for:

  • Handling and resolving customer complaints, issues and queries.
  • Regular follow-up with customers until closure.
  • Maintaining a cordial and professional relationship with customers.
  • Ensuring timely communication and updates on service status.
  • Capturing customer feedback and identifying recurring issues.
  • Strengthening customer confidence and building the P. ORR & SONS brand positively in the customer's mind.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
