Job Summary:

We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to support our after-sales service operations. The candidate will coordinate service appointments, communicate service updates, maintain customer records, and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the servicing process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries related to vehicle servicing and maintenance.
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate with the service team.
• Remind customers about scheduled servicing and maintenance requirements.
• Communicate service progress and expected vehicle delivery times.
• Maintain accurate customer information and service history records.
• Collect customer feedback after service completion.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors and technicians to provide timely updates.
• Assist in resolving customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the Service Manager.
• Maintain professional relationships with existing customers.
• Support customer retention initiatives and encourage repeat service visits.

Requirements:

• Freshers or candidates with up to one year of relevant experience.
• Experience in customer service, automobile service coordination, or customer relationship management is preferred.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Interest in automobiles and electric vehicles is preferred.
• Proficiency in English, Kannada, and Hindi.
• Marathi language skills will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
