Act as the primary point of contact for assigned ERP clients. Understand client business processes and map them to ERP functionalities. Ensure smooth on boarding, training , and ERP implementation support . Coordinate with internal teams (development, support, QA) to ensure timely resolution of client issues. Conduct periodic review meetings with clients to assess satisfaction and identify improvement areas. Gather and document client requirements for ERP customization. Provide product demos , training sessions, and end-user support as needed. Handle escalations and ensure proper follow-up. Maintain detailed records of client interactions, tickets, feedback, and change requests.
