Job Overview

We are looking for a friendly, confident, and well-organized Customer Relations Executive to handle customer enquiries, assist visitors, and ensure smooth communication with customers.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and respond to customer enquiries.
• Greet and assist visitors professionally.
• Communicate with customers in Kannada and other required languages.
• Manage enquiries, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries.
• Maintain customer records and enquiry details.
• Support front-office and basic administrative activities.

Requirements

• Kannada language proficiency is mandatory.
• Candidates must be below 35 years of age.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, confident, and presentable personality.
• Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Must be willing to work from the Bangalore office.
