Pride Motors – Hero Premia is looking for a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to manage customer interactions and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. The candidate will handle customer calls, follow up on enquiries, schedule test rides, maintain customer records, and support the sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls.
• Follow up with leads and prospective customers.
• Schedule test rides and showroom visits.
• Maintain customer data and daily reports.
• Coordinate with the sales team and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Customer-friendly attitude and good follow-up skills.
