Job Description

We are looking for candidates for our Call Centre team who have good communication skills and the ability to handle customer queries professionally.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls and collect relevant customer information.
• Verify customer details and check eligibility as per requirements.
• Explain product details, procedures and services to customers.
• Respond to customer queries through calls and emails.
• Maintain service quality and follow company guidelines.
• Understand new products and update product knowledge.
• Achieve assigned targets and support business objectives.
• Handle collection-related activities for purchased products.

• Active listening and customer-handling abilities.
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in customer service or call centre operations.
• Experience in the hospitality industry will be preferred.
• Candidates with a background in collections will have an added advantage.

Salary: ₹3–5 LPA (Depending on experience and suitability).
