Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for our Customer Engagement team. The role involves handling customer interactions, responding to queries, sharing product information, verifying customer details, and coordinating payment follow-ups.

Candidates should have good communication skills, a professional approach, and the ability to interact confidently with customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Collect and verify customer information.
• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant assistance.
• Explain product features, services, and procedures.
• Respond to customer queries over calls and emails.
• Follow up with customers regarding payments for purchased products.
• Maintain accurate customer records and interaction details.
• Provide a professional and positive customer experience.
• Follow established service and quality guidelines.
• Keep updated with product information and process changes.
• Work towards achieving assigned performance targets.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
