CUSTOMER DELIGHT/ RECEPTIONIST

As a member of our team, you will extend a friendly and welcoming greeting to customers, directing them to respective floors or salespersons. You will also be responsible for answering incoming telephone calls and messages, replying to or redirecting them promptly. Additionally, updating store documents regularly and handling customer grievances with effective communication are key responsibilities in this role.
