CUSTOMER DELIGHT/ RECEPTIONIST

You will extend a friendly and welcoming greeting to customers, directing them to respective floors or sales persons. You will also answer incoming telephone calls and messages, replying to or redirecting them as needed. Additionally, you will be responsible for updating store documents on a regular basis and handling customer grievances with effective communication, redirecting them towards respective authorities.
