Job Description

As a Customer Contact Comms Analyst at Accenture, you will be aligned with the Customer Support vertical to manage and resolve customer queries, handle escalations and complaints, and provide optimal resolutions within SLAs. Your responsibilities will include recording, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents and service requests through email, web, and chat interactions. Your role will involve restoring normal service operations efficiently and effectively. **Key Responsibilities:** - Analyze and solve lower-complexity problems - Collaborate with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors - Limited exposure to clients and/or Accenture management - Follow moderate level instructions on daily tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments - Individual contributor as part of a team with a focused scope of work - Work in rotational shifts as required **Qualifications Required:** - Any Graduation In this role, Accenture is looking for individuals with the following skills and qualifications: 1.
