About the job: Key Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat with prompt and accurate responses 2. Adhere to a 9-hour shift schedule in the office, resolving customer issues within defined Turnaround Time (TAT) 3. Log and maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the internal system Requirements: 1. Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in English 2. Show willingness to work in rotational day or night shifts based on business needs 3. Be comfortable with an on-site role and working from the office 4.
