Customer Care Executive/ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE

As an AR Caller, you will be responsible for handling medical billing processes efficiently. Your primary tasks will include making calls to patients and insurance companies to follow up on outstanding claims. You should possess good communication skills and have a pleasant personality to maintain a professional rapport with all stakeholders. Graduation in any stream is the minimum qualification required for this role. Ideally, you should have 1-2 years of experience in Medical Billing; however, freshers with exceptional communication skills are also encouraged to apply. Computer proficiency is a must-have skill for this position. The salary package is competitive and negotiable based on your experience and expertise. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company. The work schedule includes evening shifts, Monday to Friday, night shifts, and US shifts.
