Position: Customer Care Executive Inbound Voice

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer calls professionally and courteously. Respond to customer inquiries related to insurance products, policies, claims, renewals, and other services. Provide accurate, complete, and timely information to customers to help them make informed decisions. Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate departments whenever required. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-ups using CRM and contact management systems. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requests. Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and compliance guidelines. Meet individual and team performance metrics, including productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction. Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and customer-centric work environment. Eligibility Criteria Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

Required Skills Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory). Strong customer service orientation with excellent listening skills. Good problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM applications. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Job Details Working Days: 6 Days a Week Week Offs: 6 Days rotational week off in a month
