Job Description

We are hiring Customer Care Executives to handle customer queries and provide information about products and services.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls and resolve queries.
• Provide information about products and services.
• Assist customers and maintain service quality.
• Support sales activities and achieve assigned targets.

Requirements

• 12th Pass or Graduate.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• English is mandatory, along with any one regional language: Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, or Marathi.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
