Customer Care Executive

• Key Responsibilities

  Handle inbound customer calls and provide prompt, effective resolutions to queries and concerns.
• Identify customer needs during calls and proactively pitch relevant upsell and cross-sell offers, add-ons, or upgrades.
• Achieve assigned upsell/revenue targets alongside query resolution and customer satisfaction goals.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and consultative approach that balances service quality with sales conversion.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduates (Freshers welcome).
• Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
• Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.
• Comfortable with a consultative, target-driven approach involving both service and upsell conversations
  

Note: Candidates from BTech, BCA, BPharma, LLB, or any undergraduate (non-graduate) background will not be considered

Salary & Benefits

• Freshers: Up to 17,500/month in-hand
• Experienced: Up to 21,000/month in-hand
• Attractive performance-based incentives, including upsell/conversion incentives
