About Amaraa

Amaraa is a D2C women's fashion brand making hand-block printed, pure cotton clothing with Indian artisans. We're looking for someone to own our customer experience, from the first query to the order reaching the customer.

What you'll do

Customer care

- Reply to customer queries on calls, WhatsApp, Instagram DMs and email, quickly and professionally

- Handle order tracking, delivery updates and general product questions

- Process returns, exchanges and refunds as per company policy

- Resolve complaints and escalate unresolved issues when needed

- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Shipping & inventory

- Oversee the shipping team so orders are packed and dispatched on time

- Coordinate with courier partners on pickups, delays and RTOs

- Manage and update inventory, and flag low stock

- Keep order, shipping and stock records accurate

What we're looking for

- Up to 1 year of experience in e-commerce customer care, shipping or inventory

- Fluent spoken and written English (must, since you'll be talking to customers every day)

- Comfortable with Instagram, WhatsApp Business, email and Excel or Google Sheets

- Organised, calm under pressure, with good follow-through

- Based in Mumbai and able to commute to Andheri West daily

Timings: Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 7 pm

Location: Andheri West, Mumbai (in office)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
