Key Responsibilities: * Outbound calling to potential customers interested in insurance products * Understanding customer needs and offering suitable Health, Motor, or Life insurance options * Ensuring a high-quality customer experience through effective communication Required Skills: * Excellent verbal communication in English & Hindi * No MTI (Mother Tongue Influence) or RTI (Regional Tone Influence) * Clear grammar and pronunciation (English) * Sales acumen and a customer-focused attitude Qualifications: * Graduate in any discipline * Freshers and experienced candidates both welcome * Insurance background preferred Salary: * Freshers: Up to ₹25,000 CTC in hand 21500. * Experienced: Up to ₹35,000 CTC (based on last drawn salary) Shift Details: * 6 days working with rotational shifts * Females: Day shift (up to 8 PM) * Males: Full rotational shift Interview Process: 1.
