Customer Calling Intern

What Youll Do:

  • Call and chat with customers to confirm, remind, and guide them for scheduled meetings.
  • Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
  • Manage scheduling and follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate records in our system.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflows.

What Were Looking For:

  • Excellent communication skills in English + Hindi (other languages are a plus).
  • Confidence in making outbound calls and handling inbound queries.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Prior experience in calling/chat support is a bonus but not mandatory.
