Job Title: Manager – Online Sales & Performance Marketing (Quick Commerce | Amazon | D2C | Premium FMCG) Location: Maharashtra, Delhi NCR, Karnatka (Hybrid/Remote flexibility for exceptional candidates) About Us: Himlahar Harvests Private Limited is the company behind Curio Lifestyle, a fast-growing premium Himalayan food brand offering cold-pressed oils, raw honey, ghee, saffron, and more. We are expanding rapidly across modern trade, quick commerce, and digital platforms. We’re looking for a driven and data-led individual to lead our online sales and performance marketing efforts across platforms like Amazon, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and our own D2C website. Key Responsibilities: Online Sales & Channel Management • Manage and optimize listings across Amazon (Seller Central & FBA) and Quick Commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart). • Ensure stock availability, pricing control, catalog health, and timely replenishments. • Coordinate with design and content teams to maintain A+ content, banners, videos, and brand stores. Performance Marketing • Plan and execute ROI-driven digital campaigns (Meta, Google, Amazon Ads, etc.). • Track CAC, ROAS, LTV, and improve funnel metrics (CTR, CVR, bounce rates). • Manage daily performance dashboards, attribution tools, and UTM tracking. D2C Website Management • Collaborate with website team to manage Shopify backend, analytics, and integrations. • Run campaigns and build journeys for upselling, cross-selling, and retention (email, WhatsApp, retargeting). Marketplace & Partner Coordination • Coordinate listings, payouts, and promotional campaigns with category managers. • Negotiate margins, coordinate display visibility, sampling, and deal placements. Inventory, Pricing & Promotions • Forecast digital demand and sync with operations for dispatch planning. • Manage pricing strategy across platforms to prevent cannibalization. • Plan and execute promotions like BOGOs, combo offers, and deal days. What We’re Looking For: • 2–5 years of experience in performance marketing, e-commerce or quick commerce (FMCG preferred). • Proven experience with Amazon Seller Central and ad campaigns. • Strong grasp of digital marketing metrics, analytics tools, and growth loops. • Excellent coordination skills with creative, ops, and marketplace teams. • Hunger to grow with a fast-scaling consumer brand. Bonus Skills: • Shopify, Klaviyo, Unicommerce, or similar tools. • Experience working with premium or sustainable brands. • Strong copy and creative review skills for landing pages, ads, and packaging.
