Role Overview: As a real estate title curative associate at Altisource, you will play a crucial role in facilitating smooth real estate transactions by examining property titles, identifying any potential issues, and working towards their resolution. Your responsibilities will include reviewing title documents, conducting title searches, collaborating with various parties, obtaining necessary documents, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Review title documents and conduct title searches to identify defects or issues. - Collaborate with attorneys, lenders, and other stakeholders to resolve title problems. - Obtain missing or corrected documents required for clearing title issues. - Communicate with clients or stakeholders to provide updates on title clearance progress. - Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to property titles. Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required. - Excellent written communication skills with accurate grammar and punctuation. - Ability to read and respond to clients" emails following effective business email writing etiquettes. - Excellent verbal communication skills with fluent English and neutral accent. - Good analytical and cognitive skills. - Attention to detail with a minimum typing speed of 30 wpm and ability to communicate effectively over the phone.
