Adherence to Best Practices : Ensure all operations comply with managed IT support best practices. ✅ Required Experience Deep-rooted knowledge of Microsoft Server operating systems and Active Directory. Mastery in Microsoft Entra ID management. Solid grasp of networking principles and adherence to security best practices. Familiarity with RMM tools (preferably ConnectWise Automate/Datto RMM). Experience with Malwarebytes security tools and SOC platforms. Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and registry management. Exceptional troubleshooting skills paired with problem-solving acumen.
