As an OD and Culture Specialist at Thoucentric, you will: - Execute talent management initiatives based on a copyrighted framework. - Focus on establishing a healthy culture within the organization. - Address uncertainties and complexities that may arise during the initiative, providing efficient solutions. - Champion the essence of the culture through innovative practices. The Culture and Engagement Specialist will support these efforts by: - Driving organizational processes in alignment with company values, vision, and mission. - Assessing, tracking, and communicating progress, obstacles, and challenges to key stakeholders. - Consulting and facilitating Business Practice-wise teams in their change processes through the Culture & Engagement Team. - Collaborating with various teams to create common tools, methods, techniques, and systems that significantly impact company culture. - Monitoring the evolution of corporate culture regularly. - Designing and conducting surveys to evaluate the needs and effectiveness of different organizational programs. - Co-facilitating training programs and creating training content for interpersonal & cultural immersions. Requirements: - MBA in HR from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institutes. Organizational Development certifications are advantageous. - 3-6 years of experience in a similar role.
