As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you will play a crucial role in bridging human resource strategy with business goals within one or more divisions, business units, regions, or functional departments of the company. Reporting to the HR Director, you will deeply understand the strategies and needs of business departments to provide comprehensive support to business teams. Your responsibilities will encompass organizational development, talent management, recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and cultural construction. Your core responsibilities will include: 1. Developing a deep understanding of business strategies and needs by establishing close working relationships with business leaders, participating in strategic planning discussions, and incorporating HR perspectives into business decisions. 2. Assisting business departments in organizational structure design, job optimization, talent review, succession planning, and talent development initiatives. 3. Developing recruitment strategies based on business needs, assisting in recruiting key positions, and improving recruitment efficiency and candidate experience. 4. Implementing performance management processes, providing performance coaching and feedback, and making compensation and promotion recommendations based on performance results. 5. Promoting corporate culture implementation, strengthening team cohesion, facilitating change management, and organizational alignment. 6. Utilizing data analysis to support business decisions and promoting the implementation of HR projects in business units. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree or above in human resources management, psychology, management, or related fields. An MBA or HR-related international certification (such as SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) is preferred. You should possess 5-10 years of HR experience, including at least 2-4 years as an HRBP or supporting business departments. Experience in medium-sized or large enterprises, fast-growing companies, or multinational companies is advantageous.
