As an HR Director at Fair Future Group, you will be responsible for overseeing all India offices and Dubai operations for Fair Future Overseas Educational Consultancy and Fair Future Vacations. With over 10 years of experience in strategic HR leadership, you will play a vital role in the rapid expansion of our organization. Fair Future Group comprises two powerful arms: Fair Future Overseas Educational Consultancy, a trusted name in international education counseling, and Fair Future Vacations, a premium travel brand offering curated experiences for travelers. With offices across India and a strong presence in Dubai, we are looking for an HR visionary to lead our growth. Your role as HR Director will involve blending strategic thinking with ground-level execution. You will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable HR strategies covering recruitment, performance management, learning and development, and compliance. Building an employer brand that attracts top talent in both the Education and Travel sectors will be a key focus. Additionally, you will manage cross-border HR operations between India and Dubai, lead workforce planning for expansion into new cities and verticals, and champion employee engagement, wellbeing, and culture. Your expertise will be crucial in advising leadership on organizational design, compensation, and talent development while ensuring legal and cultural compliance in both regions.
