Tender Sales Manager mumbai 3 - 7 years INR 5.0 - 9.0 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

Location: Airoli Department: Sales & Business Development Reports to: Sales Head Job Purpose: Visit Government / Private Organizations / Semi Government Undertaking Hospitals / Institutions for promoting Hospital Furniture Products. Build strong relationships with Customers, Purchase Departments, Bio-Medical Engineers, and Store Incharge. Give presentations and provide technical specifications to include our products in tender documents. Achieve monthly sales targets set by management. Participate in tenders across PAN India and maintain regular follow-ups with authorities. Responsibilities: Prepare technical compliance documents with Product Manager and present during Pre-Bid meetings. Create new vendor registrations in Government / PSU / Private Sectors for tendering. Attend exhibitions across India and prepare tour plans in advance to optimize cost and time. Track competitor details, pricing, and tender participation for analysis. Search tenders (online, newspapers, physical) and monitor status of bids regularly. Prepare and submit tenders (Online / Offline) as per requirements. Present tender updates weekly to Tender Committee / Board of Directors. Attend techno-commercial bid openings and pre-/post-bid meetings with clients. Coordinate with factory for demo units, distributors, and liaison partners for timely submissions. Ensure EMD return follow-up and handle customer queries effectively. Update Tender Tracker weekly and provide necessary data to management. Requisite Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to prepare and present technical documents effectively. Excellent relationship management and follow-up skills. Proficiency in online tender portals and MS Office. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Education: Graduate / Post Graduate (Preferred in Science, Engineering, or Business) Relevant Experience: 3 - 7 Years in Government / Institutional Sales (Diagnostics or Medical Equipment preferred)
