Location: Navi Mumbai Airoli to Panvel Department: Sales and Marketing Reports to: Marketing Manager Position Type: Full-time Complete Field Sales Experience: 1+ years (Freshers can also apply; bike is mandatory) CTC: Up to 25,000 30,000 (based on interview) + Incentives Job Summary: Drive corporate sales and expand client base by promoting comprehensive pathology services. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets through corporate & B2B sales. Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key decision-makers. Manage existing client accounts and upsell/cross-sell services to increase revenue. Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams for effective campaigns. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay competitive. Visit corporates/companies and collect business leads for growth. Sales Strategy Development: Implement targeted strategies to achieve corporate sales goals. Identify and approach potential corporate clients with customized solutions. Lead Generation & Conversion: Generate leads via networking, cold calling, and field visits. Follow up on leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet targets. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and within a team. Willingness to travel across Navi Mumbai (bike mandatory).
