CSSD Technician

Role Overview: You will be responsible for sterilizing, cleaning, assembling, and distributing surgical instruments and medical equipment. Operating and maintaining autoclaves, sterilizers, and other decontamination equipment will be a crucial part of your role. Collaborating with medical staff to ensure the timely availability of sterile supplies will be essential for the smooth functioning of the medical facility. Monitoring and documenting sterilization processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards is a key aspect of this role. Additionally, troubleshooting and addressing any issues related to sterilization equipment and maintaining an organized inventory of sterile supplies and instruments will be part of your daily tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Sterilize, clean, assemble, and distribute surgical instruments and medical equipment - Operate and maintain autoclaves, sterilizers, and other decontamination equipment - Inspect medical instruments for functionality and cleanliness - Collaborate with medical staff to ensure timely availability of sterile supplies - Monitor and document sterilization processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards - Troubleshoot and address any issues related to sterilization equipment - Maintain an organized inventory of sterile supplies and instruments Qualifications Required: - At least 1 year of experience in a similar role - Ability to work in rotational shifts - Experience with sterilization equipment is preferred Please note that this is a full-time position with benefits including Provident Fund and a performance bonus.
