Job Description

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to handle customer queries through inbound and outbound calls and provide appropriate assistance.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries over the phone.
• Provide accurate information and assistance.
• Communicate professionally with customers.

Requirements

• 12th Pass or Graduate.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and any one of the following languages: Kannada, Tamil, or Telugu.
• Basic computer knowledge.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
