Your responsibilities will include verifying carrier legitimacy, conducting background checks, monitoring safety and performance, performing compliance audits, and maintaining accurate records of all compliance-related activities. Your collaboration with the operations team, brokers, and dispatchers is essential to ensure that only qualified and compliant carriers are selected. You should possess strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, along with a good understanding of FMCSA, DOT regulations, and CSA scores. Proficiency in using compliance management tools and CRM software is required, as well as the ability to conduct thorough background checks and reviews. Excellent communication skills and the capacity to work cross-functionally are also crucial for success in this role. This is a full-time position with an evening shift schedule from Monday to Friday.
