Cryo Corp O2 LLP is looking for a dynamic person to join us as Dispatch Executive (Tally). We are an engineering export company, leaders in the supply of spares & machinery of Oxygen Manufacturing Plants. We are a one-stop shop for oxygen spares in India and a growing clientele in 21 countries in the global south countries in Asia, Africa, the Middle East and South America. Dispatch Executive would be responsible for documentation related to local sales and dispatch of orders. Working knowledge of Tally and Excel is required. Dispatch Executive will be required to coordinate with the sales and inventory team to match the order and ensure timely compliance for delivery of orders. Person should be staying within 30 minutes of commuting distance from our location in Chembur, Mumbai. Required Skills Commerce Graduate with experience of working on Tally (a must) for minimum one year to be able to prepare Sales Orders and Invoices. Experience in managerial positions managing store staff, external courier and transport vendors; preparation of E-way bills. Working knowledge of basic computer operations - Word, Excel and emails. High values and emotional intelligence to work in multi-cultural team culture. Open to learn AI technology and automation using Google workspace. Key Responsibilities are : 1 . Preparing delivery notes and invoices for local and export companies 2. Entries in tally of all invoices and purchase invoices. 3. Preparing Eway bills for local and export companies. 4. After confirmation, preparing for dispatch. 5. Doing all LR entries in tally and excel. 6. Sharing the pictures of LR copies on whatsapp group. 7. Entries in tally of export invoices and delivery. 8. Preparing pro forma invoices and local handmade delivery challan. 9. Doing all negative stock entries in Tally and Inventory stock on a regular basis. 10. Giving all LR copies for filling. 11. Confirm that all the sales and purchase invoices and delivery challans are properly submitted in our folder for records. 12. Mailing pro forma invoices, delivery notes, invoices and LR copies to our customers. 13. Maintaining coordination with suppliers and customers via phone and email. This role is responsible for registering the company on various governmental portals like GEM, preparing tender documents in close coordination with the Partners.
