Role & responsibilities Lead and manage a Business Development team, Pan India, to drive the businessdevelopment and sales of used commercial vehicle loans. Oversee the loan process from origination through to disbursement, ensuring smoothand timely execution. Develop and implement strategies for field sales, driving loan acquisitions andensuring business targets are met. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, dealers, and partners in theused commercial vehicle sector. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identifyopportunities and adapt business strategies accordingly. Provide ongoing training, guidance, and support to regional teams to ensure highperformance and achievement of targets. Review and monitor loan applications, credit evaluations, and risk assessments toensure compliance with regulatory and company standards. Collaborate with senior management to identify areas for process improvement andimplement new initiatives to optimize business growth. Regularly evaluate the performance of the loan portfolio, ensuring minimal defaultsand maintaining a healthy loan book. Prepare and present reports on sales, loan performance, and market insights tomanagement. Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or a related field. An MBAis preferred. Experience: At least 3 -5 years of experience in the financial services industry,specifically in used commercial loans, business development, and team management. Skills: Strong knowledge of the used commercial vehicle loan market and relatedfinancial products. Proven experience in team leadership and business development acrossmultiple regions. Excellent understanding of loan origination, credit risk analysis, and loandocumentation processes. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Strategic thinking and the ability to implement solutions that drive results. Proficient in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevanttools. Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and proficiency in regional languages will bean added advantage.
