You will play an active role in all aspects of defining the experience of a new application, including identifying user needs, prototyping, iterative end-user validation, and testing/supporting produced code. Your responsibilities will involve interpreting business requirements into effective UI and server-side specifications, building prototypes to explore new scenarios and optimizations of existing solutions, and working collaboratively with Product managers and UX/Design team members from diverse technical, creative, and business backgrounds to develop complex solutions. Additionally, you will review designs, code, and approve solution approaches, provide leadership to junior team members, and work alone or with a small group of people on projects in a self-directed and mature manner. Maintaining a very high-quality bar in projects from the start and championing quality improvements by implementing better technical practices will be crucial. You are expected to multi-task and provide efficient input on Development activities while assisting in developing, organizing, and maintaining technical practices along with the manager and actively engaging in rolling out improvements. Collaboration with teams/stakeholders across multiple geographies will also be part of your responsibilities. To qualify for this role, you should have 3-5 years of Frontend Development experience and experience in the development of Cloud-enabled applications and Responsive Web Applications with a focus on great User Experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with a deep understanding of Web UI, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and hands-on experience with React, Redux, Webpack, Saga, Material UI, NodeJS, and other related technologies. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with exposure to real customer problems are required, as well as a good understanding of Design Patterns, TDD, Cloud First principles, OOPs concepts, RESTful services, and Data Structures, especially XML and JSON operations. Exposure to AI/ML/GenAI technologies and their use in designing cutting-edge solutions is a plus. You should have a deep understanding of the E2E request/response cycle between client and server, knowledge of CSS Frameworks like Bootstrap, LESS, or SASS, and hands-on experience with Unit Testing frameworks like Cypress, Jest, Mocha, chai, etc. Experience with version control systems like GIT and build tools like Gradle and Jenkins, as well as good knowledge of Workers, Socket Programming, ECMA2015, ECMA5, cross-browser scalability & compatibility, troubleshooting, debugging, caching, fixing memory leaks, performance tuning, and open-source tech will be beneficial for this role.,
