Reservations Management Handle all room and package enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, OTA portals, and social media Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings with a strong focus on upselling and closure Prepare, send, and follow up on quotations for FITs, groups, and events Ensure accurate entry of reservations in the PMS (dates, rates, guest details, inclusions) Coordinate with Front Office and Operations for room availability and special requests Manage amendments, cancellations, no-shows, and refunds as per policy 2. Sales & Revenue Generation Actively sell room nights, packages, experiences, and add-ons (meals, transfers, events) Drive direct bookings to reduce OTA dependency Promote seasonal offers, long-stay deals, and last-minute promotions Assist in achieving monthly and seasonal sales targets Identify opportunities for upselling (room upgrades, meals, experiences) 3. Corporate, Group & Event Sales Handle corporate, group, wedding, and event enquiries Coordinate with internal teams (events, F&B, operations) for proposals and confirmations Maintain communication with event planners, travel agents, and corporates Assist in preparing contracts, proformas, and advance payment follow-ups 4. Guest Communication & Experience Respond to all guest queries promptly and professionally Share pre-arrival information (directions, check-in details, policies) Communicate special occasions, preferences, and requests to relevant departments Ensure a smooth booking-to-arrival experience for guests 5. OTA & Channel Management Support Update availability, rates, and stop-sales in coordination with management Monitor OTA bookings, cancellations, and parity issues Report overbookings or discrepancies immediately 6. Reporting & Administration Prepare daily and monthly reservation and sales reports Track enquiry conversion ratios and booking sources Maintain an updated database of repeat guests, corporates, and agents Assist in forecasting occupancy and revenue trends 7. Coordination & Internal Communication Liaise closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Accounts Ensure advance payments, billing instructions, and payment status are clear Support management with sales initiatives and promotions 8.
