We are looking for a highly motivated CRM Specialist (Fresher) with excellent communication skills to manage and optimize our customer relationship management processes. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn and have a basic understanding of CRM tools like HubSpot and Bravo, as well as list management and sequences. Key Responsibilities: Manage and update customer databases, ensuring accurate and organized list management. Set up and optimize email sequences, workflows, and automation in HubSpot and Bravo. Assist in lead nurturing and segmentation to improve customer engagement. Monitor CRM metrics and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency. Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure smooth data flow and process alignment. Troubleshoot CRM-related issues and ensure data integrity. Stay updated with CRM best practices and new features in HubSpot and other tools. Requirements: Freshers are welcome with a strong willingness to learn. Basic knowledge of HubSpot, Bravo, list management, and sequences (training will be provided). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
