As an Associate Marketing Director at VedPrep Chem Academy, located in Noida, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing market planning initiatives to drive student enrollment and enhance brand awareness. Your responsibilities will include managing marketing activities, conducting market research, and overseeing sales strategies. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure cohesive marketing efforts, analyze market trends, and devise strategic plans for the academy's growth. In this leadership role, you will define and execute the overall marketing roadmap for growth and brand visibility. Leading integrated campaigns across offline and online channels, you will manage and mentor a team of content creators, designers, social media executives, and agency partners. Collaboration with sales, product, and academic teams will be essential for success in this role. You will directly manage and execute ad campaigns across various platforms such as Google, Meta, YouTube, etc. Owning key performance indicators like CAC, CTR, CPL, ROI, and campaign budgets, you will also be responsible for setting up landing pages, conducting A/B tests, and optimizing funnels. Monitoring daily metrics and optimizing campaigns for scale will be part of your routine tasks. Overseeing content marketing, email campaigns, influencer tie-ups, and SEO efforts will be critical to ensure consistent brand positioning across all touchpoints. You will plan and lead new launches, webinars, and partnerships to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Your role will also involve monitoring performance KPIs and reporting directly to the Founders. Using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, etc., you will make data-driven decisions and drive experiments across marketing channels to optimize performance. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields. With 7+ years of marketing experience, including at least 2-3 years in a leadership position, you should have proven expertise in performance marketing, preferably in EdTech, D2C, or SaaS industries. Strong skills in marketing analytics, CRM funnels, and conversion tracking, along with excellent communication, leadership, and project management abilities, are essential for this role.,
