As a Python Engineer at NextBurb, you will be responsible for building robust Python-based systems to process and analyze real estate data at scale. You will have the opportunity to apply LLMs and AI tools to rank properties, recommend neighborhoods, and personalize user experiences. Additionally, you will automate data flows, web scraping, API integrations, and enrichment pipelines, connecting to tools like Zillow, Google Maps, Vector DBs, and CRM APIs + Real Estate MLS. Furthermore, you will contribute to building internal tools that enable the team to work more efficiently, from dashboards to data validators. To excel in this role, you should have at least 2 years of professional experience, although recent graduates and self-taught developers are also welcome. Proficiency in Python and a keen interest in data, automation, and applied AI are essential. Experience with LLM APIs (such as OpenAI, Claude), vector databases, or tools like LangChain will be advantageous. You should enjoy solving complex data problems and writing clean, modular code.
