Position: Critical Care Doctor / Intensivist
Department: Critical Care Medicine / ICU

Qualifications Required

• Fellowship in Critical Care Medicine (IDCCM / IFCCM / FNB / EDIC preferred)
• DM / DNB – Critical Care Medicine (highly preferred)
• BLS / ACLS certification is mandatory

Experience Required

• Minimum 1–5 years of ICU or critical care experience in a tertiary care hospital
• Proficiency in ventilator management, central line insertion, intubation, hemodynamic monitoring, and emergency management

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage ICU patients requiring ventilators and life-support systems
• Handle cases of sepsis, shock, cardiac arrest, poisoning, trauma, and multi-organ failure
• Perform ICU procedures such as intubation, central line and arterial line insertion, NIV, and coordination of RRT
• Lead ICU rounds and collaborate with multi-specialty teams
• Participate in academic and teaching activities (if applicable)
• Ensure compliance with ICU protocols, quality standards, documentation, and NABH guidelines
