Job Title: International Tele caller Executive: We are looking for a motivated and fluent International Tele caller to handle calls with clients/customers from overseas markets. The candidate will be responsible for promoting products/services, resolving queries, building customer relationships, and ensuring excellent communication across international regions. Key Responsibilities: Make calls to potential customers/clients in international markets (UK Clients). Answer calls, address inquiries, and provide accurate information about products/services. Maintain professional communication and build report with global clients. Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions or services. Maintain daily call logs, update CRM systems, and report progress to team leaders. Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, sales, or lead generation. Handle objections and provide timely resolutions to customer concerns. Follow communication scripts, company policies, and quality standards. Required Skills & Qualifications: Excellent verbal communication skills in English (UK accent preferred). Prior experience in international tele calling, BPO, or customer support is an advantage. Freshers can also apply. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Good listening and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in night shifts/rotational shifts (depending on international time zones). Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools. High level of patience, professionalism, and customer-centric approach. Education & Experience: Minimum: 12th pass / Graduate (any stream). 0–2 years of experience in international telecalling or customer support (freshers with good communication may also apply).
