As a Product Engineer – Industrialisation , you will be the technical link between the design/prototyping phase and full-scale production. You will be responsible for evaluating product feasibility, defining production processes, and ensuring seamless scale-up from sample to bulk while maintaining our quality and craftsmanship standards. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate technical feasibility of new designs and provide industrialisation feedback. Collaborate with the design, sampling, and production teams to ensure readiness for mass production. Define and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for new products. Optimise material consumption and identify efficiency improvements in production workflows. Work closely with tooling vendors and internal departments to develop jigs, dies, and cutting tools where needed. Conduct pilot runs, assess performance and quality, and identify corrective actions before bulk rollout. Liaise with quality control to define key control points and ensure consistent product standards. Maintain accurate product engineering documentation including BOMs, technical packs, and CADs. Assist in continuous improvement initiatives related to productivity, cost, and quality.
