Hands-on experience in Creo 5/6 is essential along with a good knowledge of manufacturing processes. Knowledge of mechanism design and analysis is also required. The candidate should have a good exposure to manufacturing methods, tolerance, and surface finish specifications. Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and consistent ability to achieve deadlines under pressure is crucial. Effective communication skills are a must for this role.,
