This role focuses on driving the Supplier Financing vertical at Credlix , enabling enterprises and their supply chains with customized financing solutions while digitizing last-mile operations. The incumbent will leverage technology, data, and strategic partnerships to build and scale a next-generation Supply Chain Finance (SCF) platform. Key Skills Required • Sales & Business Development • Deal Negotiation • Supply Chain Finance (SCF) • Enterprise Client Management • Strategic Partnerships Key Responsibilities • Build and scale the Supply Chain Finance portfolio by onboarding and nurturing anchor enterprise clients for invoice discounting and distribution finance products • Develop and manage a strong enterprise sales funnel; ensure conversions as per defined KPIs • Coordinate with internal teams for seamless onboarding of enterprises and their channel partners on the Credlix platform • Design customized SCF solutions for anchors and suppliers to strengthen receivables and payables • Analyze competitive offerings from banks, NBFCs, and fintech platforms to create differentiated value propositions • Build strategic alliances for customized lending solutions and increase wallet share with enterprise clients • Ensure end-to-end execution of closed deals including documentation and on-ground operational support Qualification & Experience Experience: • 3–6 years of experience in a similar sales/BD role • Prior experience in a high-growth startup or new-age fintech preferred Education: • Graduation from a reputed institute (Mandatory) • MBA from a reputed institute (Preferred) Competencies We’re Looking For • Strong ownership mindset with end-to-end accountability • Comfortable working in a startup, high-growth environment • Ability to build processes from scratch • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
